COVID-19 UPDATE

While some governments continue to extend national lockdowns, others plans to loosen restrictions in a bid to ease economic pressure from this pandemic on global supply chains and the transportation logistics industry.

Morgan Stanley predicts freight industry at "peak" of pandemic disruption with the notice of delay in shippers, carriers, ports and brokers who have shifted their workload to give highest priority to cargo such as medial equipment and other essential products.  As a result we are seeing a significant delay in our factory production schedule and the shipment and receiving of containers.  Unfortunately as a result of this situation we anticipate out-of-stock situation on some of our most popular products until our containers are received at our warehouse. 

Our office and warehouse has made adjustements to our working environment to align with WHO, CDC, State and local restrictions and safety best practices.  The safety of our employees, their families and our customers is our highest priority.  As such you may notice some delays in the handlling of your orders and email correspondences.  Please be assured your orders and inquiries will be taken care of in the most effecient timeframe possible.

Makin's Clay®, The No Bake Polymer Clay® provides consumers with an alternative modeling medium to oven-bake type polymer clays.  Makin's Clay® is environmentally safe and user friendly. 

Makin's Clay® is offered in a variety of colors:  9 basic Colors; Natural, White, Yellow, Red, Blue, Green, Brown, Terra Cotta and Black.  4 Neon Colors;  Yellow, Orange, Pink Green and Glow-in-Dark.  Makin's Clay® is offered in variety packages; Multi Color, Multi Neon, Earth Tones and Vineyard Tones. 

Makin's Clay® can be mixed together using two or more colors to achieve almost any color.  Create more vibrant colors by mixing Makin's Clay® with water-based acrylic paints or artist grade oil paints.

Makin's Clay® has a broad range of applications including use with plastic, wood, Styrofoam®, cardboard, metal and glass. 

Makin's Clay® hardens naturally when left to dry at average room temperature - no ovens or kilns required.  When dry Makin's Clay® is hard and durable, and can be painted, sanded, carved and sculpted. 

When rolled very thin Makin's Clay® remains flexible.  The clay can then be rolled and shaped without cracking, flaking or breaking.  Thin Makin's Clay® is ideal for projects where clay will be applied over a inanimate object or form. 

Makin's Clay® is offered in convenient 17.6oz, 4.2oz and 2.1oz packages which consumers find ideal for most clay, craft and art projects.

The Art In Education Program Committee meets every quarter to review and select applications. Our goal is to accept every application however in consideration of the significant increase in applications received each year we recognize our contributions are limited based on the availability of products and resources. If your art program is selected for a grant or sponsorship you will be contacted accordingly.

"I purchased this product for use with sculpey-type polymer clays. That three year old chunk of half-hardened red sculpey will be begging for mercy. Each tip is manufactured very well with no deformation or artifacts present from the stamping out of the holes. The extrusion is predictable and consistent. The caps at either end of the tool threads on rather roughly and are known to squeek. A small compromise on an otherwise flawless tool."
